I met with Lily at the teller window and told her I needed 2 cashier checks. She took my information and suggest I might like to sit because it would take a couple of minutes. Very shortly later she presented me with my request and ask if she could do anything else. Extremely helpful, and professional. Lily made me feel like a valid employee.
