“My experience on today was Excellent!!! I was in and out so fast I couldn't believe it!!!!??Normally, I go to the Bank Of America in Desoto and still be waiting outside just to get inside.?? Then when I get in there it's only 2 tellers they know on the last and first week of the months need more than 2 tellers.?? Talking about social distanceing how if your stuck in there for over 30 minutes or even more.???..However, this location has my 5 starts no waiting outside no long lines inside plus 3 tellers at the window thank you God!! They we're very professional even their security guard very professional. Maybe Desoto needs to come here for training tips on customer service skills and getting banking services support to help our community so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere!!??”

A willingness to help, well versed, overall an entrepreneur of his area. I came in to the branch needing to retrieve 2019 documents. He relentlessly searched for the transactions without any dispositions of not wanting to help. He showed me how to further search on my phone and gave me some nuggets on how to make my account secure. I left feeling like a VIP client, I left feeling good. “They do second chance check and are open on Sundays which is awesome!! My only complaint is that when I was hospitalized and lost my job I was unable to close my checking account and continuously got charged $35 every time they checked and I did not have more than $100 in my checking account. I proved to them that I was not awake at Parkland Hospital and could not close my account but it was company policy to charge me a fee for six months and then I had to pay the fee with direct deposit in order to get my account back. I have them as my bank still but would not have a bank account if they were not a second chance checking bank so I forgive their fees.”
