“If you're old school and still like to hold a book and manually turn pages, then this is the place for you. They've got plenty of books in here, from classics to new releases. If you're all about technology, they offer their digital reader called Nook too. Plus stationary, calendars, toys, and physical media. There's also a coffe shop if you like a cup of Joe as you dig your nose between the book cover trying to find out who the killer is. It's also a visually appealing store to shop.”

I had just dropped somebody off at the DFW airport and was taking the back roads home without a GPS or data and by the time I got to Cedar Hill State Park I knew I had messed up bad. I pulled over here and asked the clerk how to get back to North Dallas, and he was kind enough to give me good directions on how to get home. Because of him, I made it home safely. Thank you!”

“I travel to Texas 1-2 times a year, and stopped in October & November 2019. Excellent everything! The food is great old-fashioned southern cooking, Peggy and the staff are friendly, and service is good - although naturally slower when the restaurant is full. Clientele are also friendly and will help out filling coffee and water when the staff are busy. (Wow) Coffee is excellent, I usually take mine light with lots of creamer and sugar. This coffee holds up to taking it light or to drinking black with a little sugar!! Went 4 times the week I was there - the chicken fried steak with gravy is superb. Definitely going back this December!”
