“I have had mostly good service when I come to shop at Target, and treat myself with a drink before or after. I have never had issues with getting reward points at this ”inside another store” location like I have had at others. The worst time to come to this location is when Berliner High School lets out for the day. Target is a hangout for the kids so the line can be long between 3:00-4:00. As far as service goes it has mostly been good, with the exception of one young man who refused to even give me eye contact while talking and having a nice social time with a young woman in the deli department. When he finally did come back over to the counter area he continued to literally ignore me, and I was the only customer there. Just as I was about to say something, he said “What do you want?” As if I was bothering him. As an educator of teenagers myself I do not take kindly to rude behavior, but I chose to “kill it with kindness”. If he was the only worker there I would not return. Fortunately the other baristas are kind and helpful.”

“Awesome place. Very simple decor - plastic chairs & small plastic tables. Ordered wings (bone in) and a daiquiri (10-15 flavors to choose from). Got my drink and the wings came in only a few minutes. Ordered a "tropical" flavored drink and it was very tasty. Once the wings came they knocked my socks off - very, very tasty. I travel all over the US for my work. In my opinion this place is A1!!!”

“I have gone to this location religiously for my daily coffee and smokes on my way to work. 2 months ago I had an accident and broke 4 bones in my ankle/leg and was therefore stuck at home. I've improved enough to drive to/from work, but still need help getting in/out of my truck and into any establishment. Yesterday I left work and desperately needed something from the corner store but knew I couldn't handle it alone. I decided to try something and I decided the best place to try was my old faithful...this RaceTrac location. I pulled up to the front of the store and parked in a handicap spot. I called the store and Crush, the manager, answered. I explained my situation and asked if she'd be willing to take my order (so to speak), come out to my truck to get my card, take it back in and run it, then bring me my items and card back. Without any hesitation she agreed...in the pouring rain.This is not just customer service at its finest...this is the very definition of "above and beyond". Thank you so much to Crush...and to RaceTrac for caring enough for us as customers to have someone like her managing your store.
