“FINAL UPDATE!!! They took absolutely great care of my dad!!! The communication was nothing short of awesome, and my dad said they made sure he was well taken care of. I was worried, but when it was all said and done, they get 5 STARS!!!! The case manager, and operations manager did a great job of reaching out. I have no complaints, and my dad have none, that alone says a lot!!!! Just this morning, I agreed to move my dad to this hospital for long term care. I truly hope some of these negative reviews are exaggerations, or have been resolved. now I'm a bit nervous!!! UPDATE: I wrote the statement above earlier, I can already say that “from my own experience” so far,,, I’m impressed!!! The hospital has contacted and they definitely made me feel better about my dad going there tomorrow!! I can travel out the country knowing they will keep me informed, and he will be cared for. I’ll give another review when the process is all done.”

“The staff here really cares about the patients. If and when a problem occured the staff handled it swiftly. Most patients are there for at least 3hrs and 30mins so they make you feel relaxed. Over the period I was being treated under Dr. Nichols, ( there are two physicians, I don't think you can go wrong with either!) the care, professionalism and friendliness of the staff in all areas was stellar. It is a well run and caring facility and easy to get to and navigate. I can't say enough about the care I got from them during my six week period. “Love this place I just graduated from there today. When I started I came with a c5 spinal cord injury with no hopes or information to go off of. Let's just say I am now standing and doing car transfers all on my own. This place is very clean an the staff are super nice Jessica and Paula are by far my favorite nurse's of all times. We can't forget the director Dani-Bree when I say she embrace me with such love and care I almost cried today I had to fight the tears back. This place was great for me and I was out patient, inpatient was even better. We did out in the community outing and cooking classes it was amazing. They have counselor, in-house chef, and a specialist in sound treatment which was a first but was amazing. I have so much stuff I want to say but we would be here all day what are you waiting for go check this place out ASAP.”

“Super fast service almost every time. We have been coming here off and on for over 10 years for our kids. We originally started coming here because they would accept our insurance and has a weekend walk-in clinic. They have always been really accommodating for any money that was due, even to the point that we were still able to be seen without paying the entire bill. Payments were always reasonable and they are willing to work with you on the associated costs. We usually see a different doctor/nurse practitioner/physician assistant when we come so developing rapport with an individual doctor has been tough, but they have always come through in treatment. The staff at the front desk are not always super friendly but they do get the job done. Getting medical records is also a breeze. Overall, we highly recommend. Enjoy!”
