The nurses were caring and took great care of my son. Ms. Diana also made sure he had a follow up appointment prior to being discharged and made sure he understood the importance of having a primary doctor to at least get checked once a year. “My wife and I have always gone to this location a few times (unfortunately) but it's always been great! Hardly ever a wait time and the staff genuinely seems to care. One time the Dr and nurses even stayed late hours after operation to ensure my wife was okay and finished her breathing treatment. Unlike most urgent care centers this one doesn't try to charge you for every little thing, in fact the opposite. They've always tried to charge us the least amount and help us save money which is great when you don't have insurance. Highly recommend this place their great!”

“This was an awesome experience! It was our first time at a Cracker Barrel. The atmosphere was just perfect, not too quite, not too noisy, just perfect. Very nice restaurant theme. They have a souvenir shop at the entrance, very interesting. Wednesday around 11:30 am. Not crowded at all. Plenty of parking. No wait time to be seated. Friend was our waitress’ name. She was very friendly, happy, helpful, and very attentive with us. She gave us excellent recommendations food wise. Our food was ready quickly and it tasted very well. The quality and quantity of the food was very high. We enjoyed all of it. And their pancake/French toast syrup is amazing! Then we spent some money at their souvenir shop.”

“I had her see my daughter, because my house was full of medications that were being prescribed for my baby that she never took because some made her feeling like a zombie with her symptoms still there. I was so impressed because she was very thorough and was not just about giving her medications which her previous psychiatrist was doing. I remember her telling me this with her beautiful accent "we are going to add therapy because medications sometimes may not be the fix" well anyway she have slowly reduced my baby from 5 different medications to 2 with therapy. My daughter is feeling good, less anxious, less depressed and actually is doing so many things she did not have interest in doing for years. I text her whenever we have questions and she responds. Magdalene is amazing.”

“I have taken my autistic son to three different doctors about his infected toe and all of them have prescribed antibiotics the first time it did nothing the second time not more than the first, the third time it decreased the infection slightly BUT only this time when I saw this doctor did she actually tell me why his toe was infected and where the infection actually came from came from, no other doctor gave us an actual reason just antibiotics, and antibiotics are not going to fix what is wrong with my son, thanks to this doctor we actually have a real diagnosis and treatment which are not antibiotics and be will heal and now I know that this will actually go away. We walked in to this clinic and even though Alex had 14 people in front of him we were able to go home and wait at home because of an app that had an active waiting list that we could watch and come back whenever he was next in line the doctor was amazing the staff was amazing I just gave five stars because that was the limit but if there were more I would give more. This place truly cares about people and takes the time to ask the questions that make a difference. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.”
