“Wow, I had a phenomenal experience trading my vehicle in and paying for a newer vehicle outright! I had first called about the vehicle I was interested in and they were completely honest about the vehicle’s title and condition and texted me the VIN. I later test drove it and was not pressured to look at other options or newer years of the same vehicle. A few days after that, I called about trading in my vehicle for the one I tested and they at least gave me an estimate before I drove 3 hours for them to check it out.
