The professor focuses on learning the technique over anything. It's more about learning what to do than rolling around for an hour and getting hurt.

I came in with little to no knowledge about Jiu Jitsu and I have never felt uncomfortable or unwanted due to my lack of experience.

Schembri Method Jiujitsu is an amazing place to train. Professor Pepe is super knowledgeable and the attention to detail when he is demonstrating a move will improve anyones game, regardless if you are a white belt or black belt. The academy is really nice and super clean. If anyone is looking for a Jiujitsu gym you MUST check this place out. Also, professor Pepe’s brother is Nino Schembri. If you know Jiujitsu you know who Nino “Elvis” Schembri is.

Found the gym super clean (one of the cleanest I’ve seen)
The Instructor was very friendly he knew exactly what he was doing.
Has a lot of patience and was very clear in his instructions.
Sadly I don’t live in Texas.
But when I do visit I’ll be sure to go and practice at Schembri Methods 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
