Tracy is awesome! She (and everyone I've ever spoken with at Argyle Med Spa for that matter) is really patient, kind, helpful, explains everything thoroughly and will make you feel totally comfortable. I will leave my thoughts about the clinic on the clinics review page, but to summarize, the clinic is 6 out of 5 stars in my opinion. Back to Tracy- she is such a wonderful lady. She has genuine, kind, loving, Southern Mama energy. She was absolutely professional, but also very personable and reassuring. The perfect balance. She doesn't talk down to me like I'm dumb. When I have any questions, she takes as much time as needed to explain everything- Even spelling out complex medical terms and pointing me in the right direction to further my own education about what's going on with my body. I love and respect that so much. Tracy is currently helping me balance my menopausal hormone levels. She did my blood work herself and I didn't even realize she'd stuck me because I didn't feel it. No one ever sticks me and gets it the first time! I've got tricky veins. I didn't even wind up with a giant bruise like I almost always do with blood work. Mind blown! So don't make the mistake I did at first of thinking Tracy/AMS only does cosmetic procedures. Though I had a chance to see some before and after images and can attest to her work looking excellent in that regard as well. You are absolutely in the best of hands with Tracy Cook. She cares about you, your health, and well being.
