I am so grateful for Dr. Ball. He is literally saving my sight. I've done routine eye exams my entire life, but this is the first time a doctor has examined my eyes so thoroughly. He discovered problems with my eyes that were never mentioned by my previous doctor. Fortunately, most are issues that can be reversed. I would never had known this if I had not seen Dr. Ball.

Dr. Ball is AMAZING!! I came in for an eye exam last year for eye glasses and contacts, with my exam he was able to tell that I had other health medical issues that I was not aware of and recommended me to go see my doctor for a check up. He was genuinely concerned and after going to my doctor, it turns out Dr. Ball was right and it was all through my EYE EXAM! He seriously knows his stuff, he gained my trust from that first visit!
Vanessa at the front is SUPER sweet! She took her time helping me choose glasses and answered all my questions as far as pricing. She made me feel so welcomed!

This was by far one of the most detailed exams I’ve ever had. Dr. Ball really took his time with me and made sure I was getting the best prescription. We also had a very positive experience with my little ones. Even though they didn’t know their shapes and some numbers, Dr. Ball was very patient and made sure to take his time with them. Vanessa at the front office is so sweet and is always available to answer any questions you may have. If you’re looking for an eye Dr and want the best customer service, look no further I highly recommend Dr. Ball and his staff.
