Stacey Birst-Yates is good at her job. Really, she's great at it! I always feel heard, seen, and valued when I'm with her. She is very easy to establish rapport with and she has a super chill, comfortable space to sit and talk. Maybe you are dreading the whole "start over with a new therapist" thing but, I'm telling you, she makes it so easy and it is absolutely worth it. I wish everyone had a Stacey.
