Yoga Twist

We love Yoga Twist! I'm so grateful to have this place close by. Going to kids yoga is the only activity I've found that gets both kids in the car (and off the screens) with NO whining! Occasionally they offer a puppy yoga class...if you ever get the chance to sign up for puppy yoga don't wait just DO IT! (Unless you're allergic to puppies or happiness).

Lacey & Ashton are 2 of my favorite yoga instructors ever! Just their temperament as teachers alone is reassuring & supportive. Starting yoga, I was a bit intimidated to go to an official yoga studio but it's quickly become my favorite part of my week. I'm a recovering athlete w many a injuries so the variation of classes Yoga Twist offers is perfect! The fact that I can work on stretching, lengthening & strength building btwn the classes both Lacey & Ashton offer is phenomenal. Both ladies pay attention to each individual in the room. They offer adjustments, feedback, reminders & queues. I truly cannot thank this studio & the instructors enough.

I absolutely LOVE Yoga Twist. The variety of classes and days+times makes it easy for variety and convenience. The teachers are so passionate, you can tell their practice of yoga and teaching is a heart-centered gift. I am so thankful I took advantage one the free class offering for new clients last summer! 💕💚

No matter ones ability or experience they have classes to support every level. From no experience to a lifetime of it this is a place to lay your mat. Amazing instructors/yogis and reasonable rates!
