So a DATCU rep had made a mistake causing me to incur fees. We are human, mistakes happen. How I was treated when I brought my complaint to the Aubrey location is what keeps me as a customer. You are not an account number with DATCU, you are a person, your tellers are real people in your community that care. I feel good when I walk in the lobby and am greeted my familiar smiling faces.
