Dr. Moon and his staff are the best! Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and if that isn't enough in this day and age, they care about the financial aspect of dental work. Dr. Moon was very detailed in explaining what I needed done and why but did not pressure me on anything. His assistances have the same bedside manner and make the process as easy as possible. I'm so glad I found Savannah Dental Care. I never write reviews, but figured I'd give them praise they deserve! I'm a fan!

I have never been more impressed with a dental practice. Front desk staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Assistants and hygienists are friendly and explain the procedures in "layman's terms" so you know exactly what is being done and what the results mean. I am not typically a fan of doctors as many come across very curt and uncaring. Dr. Moon, however, is amazing. He is caring, gentle, and funny. He listened to all my concerns, explained what procedures are a priority, why they are a priority and set me up with a plan that would not break my wallet.

Customer service is something that is very lacking in all industries today. At Savannah Dental, they have it mastered!

My dentist office was changed to Dr.Moon & his team which ended up being a blessing for me. I’d had sore gums on a particular tooth for years & upon my 1st visit with him, Dr. Moon discovered that one of my crowns was oversized & was causing the gum irritation. I’ve had multiple cleanings on a regular basis & none of the other providers caught this! I was amazed & grateful because after getting the crown redone, my gum is finally healing & feeling better!
Needless to say, Savannah Dental Care is now my primary dental provider & I’m grateful for Dr. Moon’s thoroughness during his exams for his patients!

Dr. Moon cares for his patients and being a first time patient I felt like that. He noticed a serious crack on my back tooth and he strongly recommended a crown. Rather than me schedule again, he was able to do it right then and there because of the seriousness of the crack.

The staff were very friendly particularly Monica and they made sure that I wasn't stressed out throughout the procedure.

I was given the break down of the cost so transparency is important and they did what they can to make it more cost effective.
