I love this appartments. And main thing maintenance is awesome. Daniel Silva a maintenance guy he showed up on time and fixed our issue.
Updating my review from 2/5 to 4/5 as my neighbor hasn’t played in a couple months. Not sure if he was fined or anything but whatever happened must have finally registered with him that his behavior was unacceptable and has consequences. Management still never responded to any of my emails though, so take that as you will.
I really loved living here until about a month ago when they let a horrid rockstar move into my building. He “plays” (horribly strums) an electric guitar on full blast for 4-5 hours at a time. We don’t even share a wall, it’s just insanely loud. Management has completely ignored all of my emails regarding this issue despite the little elm police coming out to address it multiple times (I did not call them, so other residents are clearly annoyed too). Don’t move here if your expecting to be able to work from home in peace. It’s a shame cause my actual apartment is nice but I can’t wait for my lease to end at this rate.
Update: it is now 11:20 PM and 7 hours since my first review post and HES STILL PLAYING. I wish I could upload videos to these reviews.
I had a great experience working with Brittany. Our application process had a lot of moving parts but Brittany always kept us updated and provided help when needed. Thanks for making a tricky process easier to handle.
I have read a lot of these reviews and at first was hesitant living here. First, every apartment has potential issues no matter where one lives. Personally, I have had nothing but good experiences here. Maintenance is quick, if you call they will answer, and if you have questions it’s easy to go see them. Some things that I wish was better was email responses. They never respond to their emails, but the property manager has informed us there’s a staffing shortage. Thus, some services will be delayed. Overall I do enjoy living here. I’m fortunate I got a good unit. My only complaint is gates being broken and loud upstairs neighbors. However they have children so I don’t get too mad at the stomping. I think before the reviews scare you I would try this place out. However they help 2 complexes so understand if you don’t keep up with your requests they may get dropped. Get with Xavier or Chris if you need something resolved.
