This place was horrible for months, but Natalie was out for an extended period and is back. Seems like things immediately got better when she came back. And there’s a new lady who always seems to be at the drive thru named Yesi. She almost makes the long lines worth the wait. She’s happy, friendly and helpful every time. So happy to see they seem to be recovering from some tough times and customer service has improved.

With the way companies are abusing their pharmacy staff by leaving them short staffed to handle all the Covid Vaccines, consultations, and massive amount of prescriptions to fill, this pharmacy is always willing to help and is, unnecessarily, apologetic.

Wait times may have grown, but that is across the board at CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, etc. This is a corporate "profits-over-people" decision. Respect frontline staff in all industries that have stayed strong and done their best. Get the shot, be decent.
