(July 19, 2023, 3:11 pm)I saw Dr. Holt as a kid, so it was a no brainer to use this office for my 2 year old as well. Our first visit went well once we finally got into the exam room.
Room for improvement:
1) New pt paperwork took quite a while & was not sent out to be completed prior to the appointment.
2) We were not called back until 30 min after our appt time (which was 15 min after they opened).
3) Dental cleaning is implied when you take your kid to the dentist, no matter their age. I was shocked when we were charged $106 extra for this upon checkout. (We were not filing insurance for this visit).
Hopefully this review can be updated after our next appointment to be more positive, as I had a great experience at this office when I was a patient.
(March 23, 2023, 9:42 am)Great staff and crew. My daughter had to extract two teeth, for a six years old it’s extremely nerve wracking, they made her feel like she’s a champ, kept encouraging her and execution of the extraction is very good, she did not feel pain during nor after the procedure.
(February 8, 2023, 11:49 am)Great experience here. The big draw for us was the indoor playground! It really got my kiddos excited to go to the dentist :) we even arrived early specifically so they would have some time to play before their appointment.
The dental hygienists were very nice- they set my kids up with movies to watch and helped them feel at ease. They talked with me before bringing them back on my preferences (being with them or waiting in the waiting room). I decided to let them go back by themselves, but midway through, my 3 year old asked for me so I went back to sit with him. The dentist then came and talked with me at length- very friendly and explained things thoroughly!
Great experience and my kids are excited to go back!
(January 26, 2023, 10:33 am)Impressed is an understatement! This location is absolutely amazing. It being our first time and having a little nervous toddler on my hands, the view of the playground when pulling up instantly took her worries away. Everyone was kind, full of joy, patience, and professionalism! Hygienist Karen was such a delight to work with. She picked out a Disney movie and walked my little one in the most sweetest voice through every step she was doing. Dr.Mindi was a joy as well; with care and patience, we accomplished our first trip successfully!
(August 24, 2019, 10:45 am)We brought our daughter here yesterday for the first time and WOW! They have a playground for kids to play in while they wait and my daughter couldn't have been happier about that ! When they called her name and we went with the dental assistant , she stopped and asked my daughter if she would like to pick out a movie to watch during her exam, and opened a drawer full of Disney DvDs , My daughter picked one and we went into the the room . When my daughter was in the chair they showed her the tv screen was on the ceiling ( How awesome!) And put on the movie she picked . ( Great way to have the little ones keep their mind off of being nervous!) Each staff member we encountered was nothing but absolutley AMAZING . Extremely kind and my daughter , who is normally a little nervous about new things like this especially was perfeftly at ease . The doctor told her everything they were doing before they did it and explained in such a wonderful bedside manner. I cannot express how much I love this place - She ended up at the end of the appointment saying she wanted to stay and asked when she was coming back - That is how wonderful they are there ! I cannot thank each and every one of them enough for their kindness and expertise! Highly RECOMMEND!!!!!
