  Prompt, efficient, neat, attention to detail, and good value -- words and phrases that briefly sum up our recent (28Feb23-5Mar23) experience with Tod Copeland and his teams: one team for hardwood, one for tile, and one for carpet -- and that's just the downstairs of our home in the Homestead neighborhood of Carrollton. We are having him back in a few weeks to lay new carpet in our upstairs, as soon as we can get stuff repositioned.

  I reached out to Tod to help us with a difficult flooring situation in our house, and not only did Tod provide us with a quote for new flooring, he provided so much useful advice for our situation. In addition, his crew did such a great job from start to finish. They worked tirelessly each day and were always friendly and professional. After each day was done, they made sure to clean up as much as possible and haul away any construction debris/trash. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I will definitely use Tod and his crew again in the future for any flooring needs.

  The whole experience with Copelands beginning to end was effortless. Kyle’s attention and level of service made the the process of tearing out and replacing all of our main living flooring so easy for our family. He went above and beyond helping me find the perfect hardwood in just the right finish for our home and helped the crew layout the herringbone pattern of my dreams in our foyer, and managed install to ensure everything was completed to satisfaction. Replacing the backsplash tile in the kitchen also made such a major difference. We are so happy with the finished product and excited to use him for our next projects!!

  We are so pleased with the quality of the work and attention to detail from Tod Copeland and his crew. Tod was straight forward from the beginning about the entire process, and the time frame for extending our existing hand scraped wood floors into our master bedroom and downstairs guest bedroom (both rooms were previously carpeted). Juan and his crew are truly talented, and we could not be happier with how well the new floors match our existing floors - both in style and color. The crew took great care in the prep and clean up, and in removing and replacing the furniture in the two rooms. Tod was quick to respond to any questions we had during the project. Everything went smoothly and was on schedule. By far the best contractor and crew we have dealt with for upgrades to our home. :)

  Excellent to work with, impeccable attention to detail. Highly recommend! We had engineered hardwood, tile and new base molding placed throughout first floor (formerly tile, hardwood, vinyl, carpet) Tod Copeland was so easy to work with thru entire process. We were able to bring multiple samples home to see them in the space. And the demo and install crew were professional and very clean. Great experience from beginning to end. (Wood is Abode Hickory Steiner Ranch 5 3/8" width assorted lengths. Tile is Mohawk Bertolino Crema Marfil 12x12)
