  RealTime Labs has been a pleasure to work with as part of my health care team. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Lab work is completed within the estimated time frame and sent directly to me (after completing a simple Medical Release) and my physician.

  Sent in my test on a Monday, CC charged that Friday, results next Wednesday. Insurance form NOT emailed, even though it was requested and proper forms and info filled out. Two emails and two phone calls ignored for three business days regarding this. Calling CC company tomorrow evening if I do not get my form, and I emailed RTL in the evening to warn them that they have till 5pm to send the form. I appreciate the quick results for the test, but part of what I paid for was that form too. Before sending in the test I confirmed with a woman in the insurance department that they do indeed email the completed form. Next day after warning: They called at 7:35 A.M. (I am in the same time zone), and didn't leave a message. I lit a fire! Also, emailed to say they sent a receipt, is that what I wanted? So, I checked my email control panel on the web, which shows EVERY EMAIL, to see if it was somehow filtered. Nope, nothing, no email with receipt. Nothing from the day they said they sent it, a week ago (two days before billing me), and nothing from today. I asked her to send it again, and nothing showed up. Then we tried GMAIL and that worked! Yay! Crazy. (Other emails worked but not the receipt.) The invoice has the CPT codes so that should work... So.. if you are in my situation and have GMAIL, I would recommend you give them that address. My other email is a smaller company that you probably haven't heard of.

  I work for an internist and we use Real Time Lab. My Representative is Rachel Benuska. I think that she is wonderful!! She is so helpful with any questions that I may have and talks me through any problem I may be having, be it computer questions in retrieving test results to insurance questions.   Thank you. Realtime labs is great! Kathleen helped me so much. She is the kindest nurse and explained everything to me to help me understand. Even sent me possible names of doctors to help me. She will call you back if you leave a message, and if you don't she will still call you back. I would use real time labs for your issues.
