The apartments are nice, staff is friendly and helpful, repairs are always done quickly, the amenities are great (lots of things going on if you are interested in getting involved). I love having my own attached garage. If I have to say something negative it would be the valet trash. I love having it picked up at the apartment but the restrictions how much and what can be picked up could be improved.

They are also quick on repairs and efficient. Also they offer a lot of amenities. Quiet place to live with gated security. I highly recommend Bella Vida at Coyote Ridge!

The property is very well kept, maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner, the office staff are great. If I had anything negative to say it would only be that I wish the appliances would be updated. They are pretty outdated. I plan on staying here for several years to come.

(March 19, 2018, 6:18 pm)Beautiful apartments. Friendly neighbours. Helpful staff. Timely maintenance. Regular and reasonable valet trash service, including recycling. For excessively bulky trash, they just need to be dropped off at a nearby garbage dump which is periodically emptied.
