Tod was straight forward from the beginning about the entire process, and the time frame for extending our existing hand scraped wood floors into our master bedroom and downstairs guest bedroom (both rooms were previously carpeted). Juan and his crew are truly talented, and we could not be happier with how well the new floors match our existing floors - both in style and color. The crew took great care in the prep and clean up, and in removing and replacing the furniture in the two rooms. Tod was quick to respond to any questions we had during the project. “We first purchased a cover for our AC unit to keep out leaves & debris from late fall to late spring when we moved here in 2018. A few years later, we purchased a cover for the table of our backyard patio set, as well as covers for our 2 outdoor water spigots to keep them freezing over the winter. Last week, we purchased new cushions for our front porch seating set of 2 rockers, a loveseat, a coffee table, and an end table. To protect these pieces, today we purchased covers for the rockers & the loveseat. Every cover we've bought has held up beautifully and is always very reasonably priced. “Andrew’s refinished 3 chairs, 2 bench seats, and a large cedar chest for me. The pieces originally belonged to my Grandmother. One chair even dates back to the 1950s. Andrew’s returned them to their original glory! They did an amazing job from start to finish. From design (Allen is amazing!), to pick up and delivery, to their craftsmanship. They truly did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!”

“I met with Ofelia both at her showroom and at my house, she was very nice and seemed to know her products. We paid her $500 to to a cabinet design for our kitchen on September 22, which she said would take about 2 days. After that, she stopped taking my calls or answering text messages. On October 9th, she emailed that she had a family situation that had been taking her time and would refund the money. Since then, she has not responded to me or refunded my money. Update: Oct 3rd Ofelia issued a refund for the design fee earlier this week and called today to give what I would describe as a very sincere apology. She explained that there was a complex family issue. The nature of the issue is not what I would describe as ordinary or something that would be recurring. I think that once some time has passed, things will be back to normal for her business at least, and I wish her family the best.”
