Loretto Family Dentistry

There are few things that I dread more than going to the dentist, but my experience this first time at Loretto was phenomenal. The office staff were friendly and professional. The hygienist and dentist were great. They explained things well and were professional and friendly. The office itself was quite nice and state-of-the-art. I especially appreciated that I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to sell me on services or procedures that I didn’t need. All in all, this is exactly the kind of dental office that I’ve been trying to find.

Fantastic experience. I had to have a crown reseated and the dental tech Ester was wonderful. This was my first visit to this dental practice so I wasn’t sure that Ester wasn’t my dentist, but I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Caroline Miller. What a professional! Exceeded all my expectations. Together, they made quite the team. Have to go back for a crown as the one I had reseated was in bad shape. Actually looking forward to the visit. Can you believe it? I can’t recommend Dr. Miller enough. Great experience!

Fantastic experience! Very family friendly and supportive. The entire staff was so kind and understanding. I had a last minute baby sitter cancelation so I had to bring my 6 month old and 2 year old to my cleaning appointment and I was so stressed about how I would manage to entertain them, not frighten them, and not let them disrupt too much but the entire staff helped entertain them and were just so so kind and helpful. My two year old actually asked if we could go back once we got home. Thank you so so much you made this experience so great. I don’t even have words to describe how much it helped me to do something I needed to for my own health while not stressing the whole time about my children. I also have some dental anxiety and they were gentle with me and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you!

Dr. Miller and Lindsey were fantastic. They explained everything that was about to happen thoroughly and checked on me periodically through the appointment. Their office is the best I have ever been too and offer many comforts that I have not seen in other offices I have been too. Will definitely be returning for future appointments.

I cannot say enough great things about this practice. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted by the very friendly office staff, then the amazing dental team. The last two visits I have had Sam and Dr. miller work on my teeth and they are both amazing in ever way. From their gentle nature to just friendly conversation. I have had a horrible past dental history at another place and it always makes you a little nervous, but I had none of that at this office or with any of the staff. You have changed my mindset on the dentist and I thank all of you for being so awesome!!
