(December 21, 2020, 10:33 am)First time at this location and they did great. My stylest was Karla and I'm normally picky with who cuts my hair. Told her what I wanted and few small details on how I normally get it cut and she did amazing.
(September 14, 2020, 9:41 pm)The haircut and customer service were great, but my wait time went UP while I waited for close to an hour - because (I think) barbers kept going to lunch while people waited in the lobby. If someone signs in within 15 minutes of a barber's scheduled lunch break, your system should not account for that barber being available in a customer's estimated wait time.
