(September 30, 2016, 8:00 pm)I have been a patient of Cross Roads Family Dentistry for at least 5 years. I have always been treated like part of the family. Dr. Joe Smith is both professional and personable -- something you don't often find in the same individual. I would trust him with any dental procedure and know he would never take advantage of any situation. I believe he is at least a 3rd generation dentist, and he knows his stuff. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them all.
(September 30, 2016, 1:31 pm)Dr. Smith and his office staff are always friendly, fast and very reassuring. This is the first dentist my daughter (she is now 14) has ever trusted. And we have seen many in denton. Dr. Smith and his assistant Katy took the time to calm her nerves, talk her through what was happening and helped her feel comfortable. The only dentist I will ever go to! My son (he is 9) loves going to the dentist. They treat you like family, and you never feel rushed to get answers. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and Cross Roads Dentistry!!
(September 29, 2016, 9:36 pm)I'm glad I found Cross Roads Denistry! My experience with them has been a great one. Everyone, from the front office to Dr Smith, have been great to work with. I appreciate Dr Smith's honesty in regards to what work you need done. He told me he had found a small cavity starting and that I was fine not getting it filled yet. It could wait until my next cleaning or possibly later. I appreciate the fact that he isn't like most other dental offices...always trying to charge you for any and everything they can find. Definitely recommend!!!
(July 20, 2016, 12:18 am)Cross Roads Denistry has the best dentist and staff in town. From the moment I first entered the office I was welcomed by the front desk staff and when I was called back the nurses made me feel comfortable. Dr. Smith was real easy to talk to and I felt like he treated me professionally and wasn't one to pressure me into procedures I didn't need. He gave me options and took his time to discussed each with me. Very friendly environment and you'll leave there saying to yourself "Wow" they were great. I recommend all my friends and neighbors to Cross Roads Denistry.
(August 23, 2013, 7:09 pm)I came to Crossroads Family Dentistry a few months ago because my previous dentist stopped taking my dental insurance. I was a little nervous because I loved my last dentist and was worried It would be hard to find another that I loved just as much! Dr. Smith by far exceeded my expectations! Very laid back and easy going. I felt like more than just a patient as he spent time just chatting with me about things. The staff is so sweet too! I have recommended this office to a few people already!! I will definitely be making my routine dental visits from now on!! Thank you Dr. Smith and staff for making me feel very comfortable!!
