(February 23, 2021, 7:25 pm)This place is amazing!! The staff is unbelievably helpful and encouraging to men and women of all ages. I had not heard of SPENGA but am so happy that I tried it out!! I love it and always look forward to my class!
(January 27, 2021, 10:53 am)The studio is very nice, and the staff do a great job at making sure they keep it clean and disinfect after we finish each section of the workout. I enjoy the sessions, and love that I can get 3 workouts in one class. The instructors are great, especially Heather and Karen, and do a good job of pushing you but also allowing you to listen to your body. As someone who's getting back to working out after having a baby, this is great!
(January 27, 2021, 9:46 am)If you need a good "medium" pace workout, this is the place for you! I haven't exercised in a while because I wasn't able to find something that wouldn't be extremely demanding or hard to do. (Aside of walking and running of course) I have fibromyalgia and their workouts definitely meet me in the middle. They're patient and push you to do your best, but are constantly reminding you to listen to your body and not hurt yourself. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
If you get a session with Nikki (Gosh, good luck!), she's energetic and I believe she has a bowl of batteries for breakfast. I'd love to have her energy. Overall, ALL the instructors are the BEST! You gotta try it and you'll LOVE IT!
(January 22, 2021, 9:43 pm)I tried this gym during the free 2 week trial. The managers Michelle and Michele were very nice, the instructor was good but the program just isn't for me. It's a beautiful facility and it's a great program if you like spin, strength and yoga.
(January 13, 2021, 11:29 am)I am so beyond IMPRESSED with this place. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The staff and instructors are all so kind and helpful. I have taken many classes of the years (spin, yoga, pilates, etc.) and this is by far my favorite. If you are interested in improving on your personal workout goals (with every class), this is the place to do that. I can’t recommend this place enough. Also, I did not receive any incentive for writing a review (I always wonder if reviews are from incentives). Just wanted to let curious people know that this place is truly amazing.
