Great apartment and I lived here a year ago however roommates and I had to move out because they don’t take reports seriously. Rather be safe than sorry.

Pros:
1. They respond quick with assistance request
2. Amenities are very nice
3. They take care of your mail nicely
4. They had a group chat where you can connect your neighbors
5. Good events going around
6. Prices are reasonable

Cons:
1. Pool always randomly closes
2. Two of the treadmills at the gym are always broken.
3. We had issue with people robbing our cars and filed report many times but apparently based on the group chat common complaint: action wasn’t taken.
4. My roommates claimed that they were not comfortable with this one roommate and they had moved out quickly. Only to find out one problematic roommate kept inviting a criminal in and did things to them. The front office examined my door knob and confirmed that it seemed to be tampered and as if someone picked the lock. We asked the front office if they can kick this tenant out and they said they can’t because it was not reasonable. Which does not make sense because the front office confirmed that the roommate did violate the one of the conditions in the contract. So everyone except that one roomate had to vacate.

If weren’t for that one incident and the robbery reports i would give it 5 star

So glad we came to this place to find student housing! My granddaughter loves it here. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They have a lot of activities coming up which is nice to see! It's not just another apartment complex.

My at time at 14fifty-one has/is extraordinary! This all utilities included, fully furnished, no hidden fees apartment is really a home away from home. The staff is excellent, the maintenance is efficient, and my living space is top notch. Just… Enjoy it, it feels like a party everyday! ✨

Hands down the best student housing experience I’ve had! From the moment I moved in, they have exceeded my expectations. The office staff is incredibly friendly and responsive and are always quick to help with my maintenance requests. The amenities are top tier for student living- the study lounges are quiet and well equipped, the gym is always clean and the pool area is perfect for relaxing after class. The location is super convenient, especially for getting to campus, and I’ve always felt safe thanks to the on site security officer. Plus the events they host for us (like free food, game nights, and giveaways) make it easy to meet people and feel at home. If you’re a student looking for a place that’s both comfortable and community focused, this is it. Highly recommend!
