Love this apartment complex! Just adding to my post! Put in a service ticket for my apartment and Juan showed up same day to take care of our issue. I see him day in and day out going throughout our complex to give the best service possible to us residents! We have been here for over a year and Juan has been amazing!

Amazing place to live, whether you’re going to college, starting out on your own for the first time, or in between homes, it’s quit and safe! The pool area is great in the summer and bbq pit and sand pit are good for some good get to get together. Work out area and sauna are amazing. Look forward on spending more time here!

I love my apartment! It's the perfect size for me. Anytime there's a problem, I put in a work order and it's taken care of right away! I've lived here for over 10 years, but in the last couple of years I don't feel as safe as I used to. I don't think much screening goes into who they rent to anymore, compared to in the past.

Juan is amazing! He completed my work order quickly and was very nice. I had another issue I forgot to put in the request and he didn’t leave until I was happy with the result. The maintenance team is very friendly, always says hello when they’re driving around the complex, and tell you to call for anything you need.

The staff has been very welcoming and its been easy getting through the leasing process. I have no complaints! If something needs attention in the apartment the maintenance guys are excellent with their timing! It’s pretty quiet & peaceful. Times fly's since it’s one year later and I renewed my lease!
I love it here! This is our happy place!
