I have never used storage before, and to my surprise, Extra Space Storage was a very easy and pleasant experience for me. Shiloh (hope got her name right) the manager so very helpful thru the process of renting a storage. I am sure will use them again next time I have the need for storage.

This has been a surprisingly great experience. From the beginning to getting one unit to realizing I need 3. The friendly, courteous staff has been amazingly helpful. Special shout out to Shilo Wright for making this a painless, easy experience r from beginning to end!

Attendants were very helpful and friendly! Business is easy to access from freeway! Units and area seems clean, well monitored, and safe! Good communication! Great business!

We had to move in a hurry because our rental property sold, and we had to move, and didn't have a place yet.. We were down to our last few days to get out when I called Extra Space Storage on Mandy Lane, desperate to find somewhere to store our things, until we can find a place. The lady I spoke to, was very friendly and accommodating. We ended up getting two units, because the price was so much better than anywhere else I had called. She made it super easy to to do the whole process over the phone, and that saved me time to do everything else! I'll definitely be sending lots of business their way!

I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff Down for years now! He has always been a service oriented person that has shown up on time and presented himself in a most professional way. In all of our dealing over the years, Jeff has completed the work on time and with great results. Jeff has always been fair on pricing. I highly recommend Jeff.
