First time using Larsen Pools for a service call. Scheduled the call and Lief arrived on time. He quickly accessed the issue to be a bad relay on our control board. He had the part with him and was done in 20 minutes.

I found Lief to be professional and I have now found our new Pool Service Company.

This is a great family-owned business that takes pride in the exceptional service they provide. Our pool pump had been leaking for months and finally gave out several weeks ago. We tried for months to have the leak fixed by Personal Touch Pool Care, and once the pump went out, we just couldn’t take it anymore. We switched to Larsen Pools and literally the next day Leif Larsen (owner) came to our house and personally fixed the leak. He ordered a new pump that day, and as soon as it arrived he personally came back to our home an installed the pump. I am still amazed by the service. We tried for months with our previous company to have an issue never be fixed, that Larsen fixed in days. Thanks again Larsen Pools!!

A family company that keeps your pool sparkling clean at a reasonable price. I have weekly service but I've also had them install a new pool/hot tub heater and that was a great experience too and it runs like a champ! They're most reasonable and customer focused pool company I've worked with and I've owned multiple pools and used many pool companies in the Metroplex in last 20 years. I'd give this company a shot for your business of you're looking for a service or repair. They do a great job!

I recommend Larsen Pools to anyone that is asking for a referral. I have been using them for more than 10 years and find them to be knowledgeable, courteous, professional and extremely hard working. I have had terrible experiences with 3 other pool companies before trying Larsen Pools. The first time I needed their help, they walked me through my issue over the phone and didn't charge me anything. This is the true definition of customer service. They have had my business ever since and I can't imagine using anyone else.
