Such a great experience here. Front desk was very friendly. Dr. Yero was very personable, laid back but very thorough and explained the process for my hearing test every step of the way. He was very helpful at helping me understand the results of my hearing test and always made sure I felt comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wow! Nice, professional, the office is comfortable not stressful. My hearing aids were a disaster he was very patient with me and did everything to get them fixed for me! His lovely wife at the front is easy to talk to with a warm friendly not the typical forced customer service attitude. He is willing to do research and go out of the way to help in any way possible. I will recommend them every time!

My husband needed hearing aids and this was the recommended place. And, this was the best recommendation. Michelle, at the front desk, is very professional and personable. She is very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and safe (particularly with COVID-19 pandemic). Vincent is very personable, non-threatening, and professional. My husband felt very relaxed with him and liked him very much. We have been to 2 appointments with Vincent and he has helped my husband use his hearing aids effectively and efficiently.
