(May 18, 2023, 6:50 am)VERY impressed with Phillip and his willingness to go above and beyond. Husband's CPAP machine was inadvertently broken while hospitalized. No CPAP following major surgery is a problem for severe apnea! Store we originally purchased from had no interest in problem solving - just continually blaming the CPAP company for problems and lack of availability and telling us to call them. Phillip fit us in on the same day and was willing to sell us a floor model if needed OR order a new one - we went with the floor model and my husband finally got a good night sleep! So pleased with his professionalism and compassion.
