  I attended the sourdough 101 class. I’m not a baker so was just there to learn and have fun. I did learn, so much, about sourdough and was inspired to give it a try at home. The bread we made tasted so good my family ate it all in 3 days. Catie and Isabelle were intelligent and helpful. They answered everyone questions along the way. I love that the bread we made was donated afterwards. Bakers and non bakers alike will have fun and learn a lot from this class!!!

  We bought a wonderful slice of focaccia and a chewy, smells-like-paradise loaf of sourdough bread at the Demeter's Kitchen booth at Coppell Farmer's Market. The young lady who helped us choose was the perfect person to meet there - knowledgeable, friendly and loves her product. Toast at lunch was a great way to start the weekend!

  We found this gem about 2 months ago. We tried several bakeries in the area and by far Demeter's Kitchen is the best!! We tried several hummus flavors, breads and the beer scones. Everything was AMAZING! We loved the hummus and breads, but the beer scones are my favorite! You are missing out if you do not try them. Call and ask for Catie, she is the owner and a total pleasure to work with.

  I tried Demeter's Kitchen while frequenting my parents' farmer's market about 7 months ago. Have to say, their sourdough breads are amazingly delicious! And I'm not a sourdough fan. The flavors are so creative and always look forward to their weekly feature breads and holiday specialties. Also love that they incorporate local flavors whenever possible. Haven't had a bread we didn't like yet and we've been ordering them practically weekly since first trying. We even introduced their bread to my one year old daughter when we were doing babybled weaning and now it's the only bread she eats! I've graduated from pastry school and worked in the field. Their products are definitely worth the price for all the love they put into them. Support local. You need Demeter's Kitchen in your life if you haven't tried them yet!
