(April 14, 2020, 3:41 pm)We had a great experience. Our closing happened during all the COVID-19 pandemic and Jenny gave us an amazing solution. She brought all the papers to our doorstep and stayed in her car until we finished signing them all. We text messaged any question to her and she was there for us answering right away. Once we were done, she just asked us to leave the folder in our porch and she picked it up. Before leaving she made sure everything was right and then left.
This is a great example of how you can adjust your service offerings to the several restrictions we have in pace right now and still provide outstanding services.
I would definitely recommend everybody to work with this company.
