This place is the best. You’re cheating yourself if you go anywhere else. As someone who doesn’t know jack about cars, no one here has ever made me feel like a dummy and have thoroughly listened to my concerns and explained their processes. No other auto shop gets my money. Only Jon’s EZ Lube.
I can not say enough great things about Jon’s EZ Lube!! This is my all time favorite place for inspection and oil change!! We’ve been coming here for about 6 years and they have always been wonderful, kind honest, great at the job, and very affordable!! Can’t go wrong with these guys!
Jon is amazing! I am a female owned car dealer and take all of my vehicles there. It’s nice to have someone to trust! He really rolls out the red carpet! Great man! Wonderful team!
We brought my sisters car due thinking she needed an oil change. The owner was so friendly and informative— asking first why we thought she needed an oil change. Then informing us that an oil change wasn’t needed due to XYZ. My sister then explained a little more on how the car sits there and doesn’t get driven much and that recently a sensor light came on. We weren’t sure if the need for oil change was truly on a time basis or miles— he said he would take it around and check it. He then told us everything was fine with the car. He topped off her oil, resetting the sensor warning and telling her to come back in 1000 miles. I am really big on customer service and especially when it comes to being informed and my issue being addressed and when it comes to vehicle concerns— it’s so easy to be taken advantage of. Jon was a true testament to what quality customer service is and I cannot rave enough on how impressed I was by his whole business outfit and operation.
Fast and decently priced. The guys were nice but Mary at the front was rude. I had called for a quote and the price ended up being $10 more for “fees”. I explained that’s not what I was quoted and she wasn’t trying to hear anything I said. Cut me off while talking and stopped acknowledging anything I was saying.
