Clara H. Henry, M.D.

As expected, we were treated royally by Dr. Clara Henry and her exceptional staff. My wife just had her annual visit by the good Dr. and she couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The ability to listen to the patient, the thoroughness of the exam, and the follow up they do on any lab work performed is why we have made Dr. Henry our dermatologist of choice. We are very happy to recommend Dr. Henry and her staff to all of our family and friends.

I did not read the reviews before seeing Dr Henry, and find my experience was quite different than many of them. She was the closest dermatologist that accepted my insurance, so I called and made an appointment. Not only was whoever I spoke to on the phone nice, but she fit me in very quickly. While I had to wait around 15-20 minutes in the waiting room before going back, there was no wait once they called my name. Dr Henry was waiting in the room for me when I was called both times. While Dr Henry does not seem to be a fan of small talk, she was exceedingly professional, answered all my questions and never talked down to me. While performing the procedure I had come to her for, she asked many times whether the anesthetic was work and if I was in any pain. When I wasn't quite sure how my insurance worked, her staff explained, in depth, how it worked and went charge by charge with me. I never felt anyone was unfriendly or unprofessional the whole time. I would highly recommend her office.

My appt was for a cyst removal. The office staff was very friendly and my wait time upon arrival was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Henry was very polite and professional. She is extremely sure-handed and explained everything that she was doing prior to doing it. Quick and painless, but thorough. My follow-up visit a week later to have the stitches removed was an even easier visit/process, but just as consistent as with the week prior. Should I require a dermatologist again in the future, I will not hesitate to visit Dr Henry.

I've seen Dr Henry several times over the years and my wife has seen her too. We are both highly satisfied with our experiences. She is very knowledgeable and efficient and gets you in and out very quickly. It is also easy to get in to see her often within a few days. Some people below seem put off that they didn't view her as having an overly bubbly personality but we both found her warm and personable. We will both continue to see her as needed.

Dr Henry's clinical skills are excellent! I was having problems getting proper treatment for a condition I had been struggling with for almost a month. She got me in the next day. She was very understanding of my agitation and frustration and it did not intimidate her one bit. She did a biopsy that day and provided a treatment plan that was efficient, reasonable and one that I could clearly understand when I left. Furthermore, she did not abandon her patient. She followed up with me to see how things were going and thoroughly explained my results and how to continue treatment.
