When I first moved to the edge I was a little skeptical, but man let me tell you, the management team has only gotten better since I’ve moved in. They are responsive and extremely caring to our needs. Maintenance requests are completed right away and I feel like they really care about us. Nice location too, great spot to stay if you’re trying to live on a budget.

These apartments are amazing, especially if you're on a budget! I have a one bedroom at this complex, and it's updated, modern, and the floor plan is spacious. The leasing office was so helpful with the application and move in process, and continue to answer questions promptly. I would recommend this complex to any close friend :)

Very helpful management! Lauren, one of the leasing agents, was so sweet when she helped me find my apartment last September. They are always running specials and trying to make our apartments better and our lives a little easier!

I gave The Edge 4 stars because of some of the residents not taking care of things and minor details like lack of cabinet space in the kitchen. But I’m liking the improvements so far and I’m excited to see the changes!

This is a good place to live on a budget in Denton. The appliances are updated and the layout flows well. They are quick with maintenance requests and always respond to emails/texts! It’s nothing fancy but it’s comfy and the location is really great too, very central to campus, the square, fry, and university!

More updated than a lot of other options in the area. Great price and nice size. Management is helpful. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable option close to campus
