great gym! everyone is very considerate & friendly. very good gym for women! i always feel comfortable and confident working out here as it is mainly women & no creeps. decent variety of equipment & very clean.

great staffing. many different things to do. has a decently comfortable atmosphere. but coming from a large gym with multiple of everything it has some lack points and you may have to wait for you turn to use a machine.

Great place to make gains. Can be busy sometimes but if you’re really an innovative gym bro you’ll be able to workout in any capacity.

Great place for women who like to workout without many creepers around. Great staff who always greet you with warm smiles and never fail to say goodbye. Always clean locker room and showers, the custodians and staff really work their butt off to keep things running smoothly. The only negative I can think of is that unless you are a student/faculty or alumni you can't have a membership here.
