Leaving 5 stars to get attention!!!! This is a terrible facility! Not because of the nurses but because of the administration!!! Nurses get into trouble if they change your loved ones dirty briefs and put an appropriate sized clean one on! The administration admitted the brief cost between 38 CENTS and $1.45 but how much are they charging your loved ones for those briefs? $10,$15,$20+ PER brief!! This is absolutely ridiculous! They don't care about your family the administration only cares about $!!! Absolutely disgusting!
This facility were so caring and loving to my husband. Their professional care helped him gain his life back. We are very grateful to Denton Rehab from the Director to the housekeeping staff-- good folks. Thank you!
There are not enough words to describe my love and respect for everyone working at this wonderful facility. My Mom was a resident for about 3 years before she passed and I can say I never felt like she was not properly taken care of at all times. She was happy and knowing her if she wasn't happy about something I knew it.
The nurses, CNA's, housekeeping, maintenance, therapists,
activities, and administration were always amazing with her. I can't say enough about this amazing facility except THANK YOU ALL!!
