Tetra Pak#2

I don’t know what to tell you guys. I guess it depends on when, and what day you get here.
My experience was great.
Appointment was for 9 AM Tue. Called in, like the rate con says - an hour before appt. time. Dude on the phone checked me in and gave me a door right away.
They started loading me within 10 minutes of me, bumping the dock.
Also: I was parked at the Love’s down the frontage road when I called.(4 mins.)
BTW - if they give you a dock number, it’s not the numbers you see when you first pull in. Tetra Pak is at the end of the building 🤦🏻‍♂️.

This has been a very pleasant experience. I arrived at there star time. The loaders appeared to be having a meeting on the outside steps. They stopped to greet me and direct me. Everyone was over the top polite and helpful. I didn’t have the proper pick up number. They told me how to find it. It was on the app the broker sent me. I need to get the little bit of sand out of my trailer, they lent me their blower. Great experience!

We had 1100 o clock appointment for shipping. We were in the dock at 1015 and loaded by 1115. No complaints, friendly staff and quick turn around. The phone had a full voicemail box, and I send a text. The office called me almost as soon as they arrived. Good job !
