Dr. Panzer was incredible. He was so knowledgeable and had an amazing ability to articulate the complexities of the diagnosis patiently, compassionately and in terms we could understand. He is very thorough and thoughtful in seeking solutions. The staff was courteous and helpful.
As wonderful an experience as a colonoscopy can probably be. Everyone was super-nice and professional. Whitney the intake nurse was phenomenal with her care, and her placement of my IV (didn’t feel a thing!). Dr. Murrell (the anesthesiologist) and Dr. Panzer were cordial, conversational, and put my mind at ease before the procedure began.
Wheeled off to the procedure room, Dr. Feelgood pumped some sleepy juice into my hand, and I was out like a light for 20 mins. They woke me up, walked my wife into the room, allowed me plenty of time to get my clothes on and drink a Sprite, and then wheeled me out to the car at the back exit. There was absolutely no discomfort or pain, a very easy procedure.
I was seen on time. Michelle, the PA, listened to my description of my problem and recommended a plan to address the intestinal issue. She suggested a medication and a schedule to take them as well as a suggested change in my diet. I'm very happy with the meeting.
All aspects of my colonoscopy today were exceptional. Dr. Panzer, Susan and all of the rest of the staff were very professional and perform their task in a very efficient and professional way!
Dr. Panzer, Toni and staff are awesome. They are always professional, prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Panzer and staff for your excellence.
