Renting a 8x20 unit here. Renting can be completed online, which is very convenient. There is no paving at this location, so that would have been nice. Rental price, however, is the cheapest I could find in Denton. Would recommend.

Nice location, quiet and off the path. Looks well kept and great prices!

UPDATE: We’ve been here almost a year and couldn’t be happier! We have used other storage yards and this one is by far the best. Location is perfect and owner is committed and responsive.

Update: A good business is defined by how it handles tough situations, not by the situations themselves. One of these tough situation presented itself, and the owner followed through making it right. He went above and beyond. He has improved the facilities greatly to include better security and customer service. The prices here are better than anywhere else. I’d highly recommend them.

.. UPDATE since i was robbed got back alot of my power tools and other stuff. Everybody watch out for Dalton Knowles of Denton and all his herion addict friend's. UPDATE the property manager has installed a hole new security system cameras everywhere. This place is good to rent from and he is still upgrading and improving. Cheap rent and good security now.

LOWEST PRICES ANYWHERE, great location and super easy to do business with. TWO THUMBS UP!!!! This RV/BOAT & self storage place met our family's needs.
