(April 30, 2022, 8:27 am)I was in contact with Lindsey prior to my car arriving and we were able to get all the documents and paperwork set up through the phone which made things SO much easier and smooth when I arrived to pick it up. Not only were Lindsay and Mr. Palmer so nice, they had me in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes. By far the best experience I’ve ever had!

My salesperson Beau was very helpful on the phone before my visit, and even followed up to update me on the status of my car's delivery. Once I got there the entire process from trade-in to purchase was seamless and quick - no long waits or pushy sales tactics. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new genesis (if you can find one)
(January 30, 2022, 1:22 am)This dealer showed me a lot more respect than the dealers in Oklahoma City. Came in from out of town and Beau Otto had the car ready for me test drive on my arrival. He was also very easy to work with over emails/texts. Like others have said this is a no pressure atmosphere dealer and I was not pushed into making decisions I did not want to make.
