Folks, I cannot speak the praises of Ashlyn Biedebach loudly enough. I deeply considered not having a doula because I had done so much of my own reading/research and I have a very proactive husband. But looking back, all the head knowledge could not have compared to having the skills, experience, and resources that Ashlyn so peacefully carries. During pregnancy, she answered all my questions in a way that helped me feel informed and empowered. When our baby girl decided she was entering the world completely OP, Ashlyn knew the massage points and relaxation techniques that aided me in my goal of having a natural birth. WOW. The hospital nurses/my CNM were begging her to come back for their next deliveries! I think that speaks volumes 😊

I met Ashlyn a few months ago, and was really impressed by her intelligence and poise. She is passionate about the birthing field and helping women have the best birth experience possible.
