Helios Glass & Tint LLC

My experience started with great customer service. I requested the service for one of my car's windshield chip/nick repair but ended up doing for both of my cars. The gentleman showed on time under 100 degree scorching sun as I did this in Sept 2019. He spent a few hours not only patching the large chips but also covered the some of small damages at no additional cost.

I am writing this review after 4 months and very pleased with the quality and service.

Great customer service, superb quality and pricing

When I first contacted Helios I received a reply almost immediately and Nadya was very helpful in finding a good time for me to bring my car in and offered to come pick it up if necessary.

The day I got my car tinted I was greeted by Joe and, with the help of Robert, I was walked through the different types of tint and all the options. I never felt pressured, just well informed about why they recommended this over that. Once everything was worked out, rather than having me wait around, Joe drove me into town and helped my complete some errands.

At the end of the day the work was done and it looks beautiful. After care instructions were given to me and they even put a sticker over my window controls reminding me not to roll them down for a few days, because you know I would have at the first toll or drive through without thinking. It's already saved me 3 times.

Not only is Helios the most cost competitive tinting shop in town, they also offer a level of personal care that you can't find anywhere else.

Before you look at another shop, contact Helios and see what they can do for you. I will be sending anyone I know to them from now on.

Outstanding customer service, as much as I haft to travel they work with me on getting my Charger tinted cant wait to get our other car done soon.And quality work done on my car was great!!!
