The Phone Plug

Just purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max here today, they were super friendly, fast, and she gave me a great deal for a gorgeous phone that looked brand new plus an adorable case for it! Highly recommend. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Called these guys up a few times and drilled them with questions. They asked me about my budget for a phone and they got me taken care of! Definitely recommend this place.

Came in to have my charge port replaced, would be about $100. My guy looked at it and said, "I bet I can fix this and you won't have to replace it." Sure enough, 10 minutes later he had it fixed and saved me a lot of money. Great customer service.

I wanted to give a big Kudos and much thanks to Malinda, at The Phone Plug, an awesome phone repair store here in Denton.

I was in desperate need of my XR phone screen being repaired quickly! It is my business cell, so work and incoming business calls came to a screeching halt when I dropped it and broke the screen. I went to two other cell shops who couldn’t help me until tomorrow, and possibly not till Monday. They didn’t seem to concerned.

I stopped in The Phone Plug and was greeted by Malinda, she was sweet and very professional, and understood the predicament I was in. She was very knowledgeable and sympathetic to my situation. She ensured that my phone was repaired and provided to me promptly.
