  These guys are always so nice and personable. I enjoy the staff. They are very forward about everything. Even their mechanics are nice. Sitting room is nice. I was there for a simple tire patch for a nail that was in my back tire. it was $26 and change and that to me is very pricey. I’ve never paid more than $20

  Pioneer was able to fix an issue that had been plaguing my car for years. I brought my 2014 Ford Fusion to multiple car repair facilities and even replaced my entire AC system at $1500. That did not fix my problem. Pioneer discovered evidence that my car had been in an accident before I bought it (CARFAX said it was clean). While the work needed was extensive, they did a timely job.

  Last weekend, my car became “undriveable” and was in a huge bind and needed to pick up my son in East TX (about 2 hour drive). Pioneer Automotive was so accommodating…they gave me a rental right away and did a fantastic job on the repairs. Always friendly and prompt. :)

  My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Pioneer for years. They perform all scheduled maintenance and oil changes on our vehicles. Over the years they have saved us thousands of dollars over dealer prices. Their work is excellent. Since they help us keep up with scheduled maintenance, we have highly performing vehicles, even with their high mileage. The front desk personnel and the technicians are friendly and get your repairs done when they tell you they will be done!
