(September 8, 2022, 6:44 pm)I’m from out of town, and ran around all afternoon. Finally found ActivMedical just before closing. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. James gave me the perfect walking boot for an Achilles injury. They ensured I had all the documentation, just incase my insurance allows some/any cost sharing.

They provided me with details on how to contact Philips regarding a recall replacement and they set up the replacement device when I got it. They are always professional when I stop by with a question or concern. I recommend James and Stephanie and the entire team for any medical supply issues or needs that they offer.

I was meant with a smile, helped to what i need, adjusting it to fit me, then carried it out to my car. carried it out to my car. First class treatment. Having a broken ankle is no fun but it sure makes it easier when there are businesses like this that put a smile on one injured lady.
