“It's always nerve wracking when I place has multiple bad reviews, so I wanted to share my positive experience. I was having multiple scans done, and scheduling was very easy. The schedulers were friendly and helpful, and the information I was given about my insurance payments was correct (so far, still waiting for a final bill). Both people that did my scans were compassionate and professional, and really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. The scans were done in a timely manner. Just super great folks working in the back! The only thing I subtract one star for is: the mask policy. Masking is heavily enforced by the front desk ladies. They gave me a mask, but would not provide one for my husband. They very pointedly told him he either had to go find his own mask or wait elsewhere. Meanwhile, behind the desk (two feet behind the check-in desk) no one was wearing a mask. Once you go back for scans, no one is wearing a mask. Considering the mixed messages they're sending, I would encourage them to provide masks for all who enter, or switch to a mask optional policy.”
