“I have had a wonderful experience with Discovery Park apartments. The team here goes above and beyond to help the residents, the landscaping and building stays pretty. Through a pandemic and ice storm, flood, anything- I've always felt safe and that the complex has been the best I've experienced. Every place has a few odd issues or people, in general this complex is quiet and I don't have complaints after 2 years. Good amenities, activities are frequently posted, community encouraged. “They have been great to work. I wanted a place to remodel and call our own. They have provided a great learning experience for my family and I. We have rented for 3 years and now we are purchasing the home from them. Do be watchful of your contract compared to what you are told on the phone. The person that texts and answers phones gives you a standard answer, not the answer from reading the actual contract. This caused us to unknowingly being severely behind on rent. We went with wee were told by text that rent increased too, we did not double check the text with our rental agreement. Gone are the days of using a banker that knows you and has a personal relationship with you. Even if you do pay more it is better to have a more personal experience and know the person that holds your mortgage. Thank you Kas and family.”

“Perfect college apartment! If you are looking for something small, simple, and affordable this is the place for you. The complex is very convenient located right next to UNT, Fry Street, and The Square. Campus was only about a 15 minute walk. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. They even have a text messaging system where they would always respond. The internet that was provided was honestly the best I've ever had, just your typical installation which took almost a week. I only had two cons living here. There was a bad gnat issue in my unit. No matter what I did I could not get rid of them and I tried everything. They only came around when it was above 75 outside. My other issue was my unit was filled with black hair when I moved in. Other than that the unit was nice and furnished and perfect use for my college experience.”
