I love this office! Front desk are always friendly and remind me any little things. My daughter who 's 14 is the type that needs to hear it from a professional and everyone nurse to doctor we have encountered has explained everything so well to her and I appreciate them the most for that! Highly recommend for all ages!
I love this office. Each of the providers and nurses are knowledgeable, caring, and go the extra mile to make their patients and families feel comfortable and supported. Paul, Nurse Practitioner, always takes the time to answer my questions and concerns and explain everything in a way I can understand. The office is clean and the rooms are decorated with fun themes. Front desk staff are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this office they truly care.
Called in the morning for an urgent new patient appt. Carson at the front desk was super friendly. Dr. Naylor was hilarious and explained all of our different options. The office is decorated super cute with different themes for each room. The whole office runs like a well-oiled machine!
Edit (9 months later): My 3 children now see the fantastic NP Meghan Hoffmann at 18 & Under. She takes as much time as you need, looks in your eyes and cares deeply about whatever your concerns are, goes the extra mile to give you options on care, and is just a wonderful Mama herself and pediatrician. Recommend her 110%.
Everybody has been so kind. I love the docs and staff there. The only concern is the wait time between the personnel. The nurse or the assistant takes you in. You wait 10-15 min for the doc. The doc leaves and you wait 15 min for the nurse to come into give your child an on-site treatment. The doc has to evaluate the result of the treatment, so you wait 15 min for the doctor. It’s all done but you have to wait 15 min for a nurse to bring you something and go check out. I love them but it was very difficult for the toddler who was newly potty trained.
My one year old son is a new patient to 18 & Under MD. Especially during this period, they’ve been amazing with making sure that we felt comfortable and the space was clean. As a local REALTOR, they work around my crazy schedule and got us in quickly as a new patient. #lindseygrissetterealtor
